Terms of Use
Last updated: November 6, 2026
By using openconstructor at openconstructor.pw you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
openconstructor is a free, open-source tool for building web interfaces from components and with the help of AI models. The source code is available under the MIT License. The service is provided as a public beta and may change or be unavailable at any time.
Your content
- Pages you build and export are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects.
- Your work is stored in your own browser. Keep your own copies (use “export”) — we can't recover lost local data.
- You are responsible for what you create and publish, including making sure you have the rights to any text, images or code you add.
AI providers and keys
The AI assistant uses third-party providers with your own API key. Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's terms and pricing; any charges for paid models are billed by the provider to you. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review generated code before using it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to build phishing or deceptive pages that impersonate others, to distribute malware, or to attack or overload the service or its providers.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, don't unlock any features and are non-refundable.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and the history is visible in the public repository. Questions: open an issue at github.com/Kuloka/openconstructor.
